Your DDx outputs become your note, referral draft, or sick note. Review, confirm, done.
What It Does
Structured DDx inputs become SOAP drafts, referral letters, and sick notes in the same workflow. Pre-filled with ranked differentials, red flags, and suggested workup where applicable. No audio, no transcription, no microphone. You already entered the clinical data. Documentation follows from your reasoning.
SOAP is the default format. You can also choose H&P (common in emergency and hospital medicine), DAP (psychiatry and behavioral health), or BIRP (therapy-oriented notes) in Settings — without leaving the same DDx-to-note workflow. The Sick Note Generator collects no patient information and is not stored after you print or copy.
Instrument Math
Better documentation instruments per patient — without changing your workflow.
Even a conservative 3 to 5 minutes per patient with structured instruments adds up quickly in a busy clinic.
For a physician seeing roughly 20 patients per day:
60 to 100 minutes of workflow gain per day
roughly 20 working days per month
20 to 33 hours of clinical throughput per month
That throughput supports documentation depth, patient care, and a cleaner end-of-shift close.
Vaid MD delivers structured documentation instruments safely and consistently, without compromising privacy or how you already work.
Small instrument gains. Large cumulative impact.
